Who we are and what this agreement covers

These terms apply to the coaching, training, workshops, programmes, and website services provided by Inclusive Business Growth Ltd. They explain how bookings, payments, cancellations, resources, and general use of our services work.

Description of coaching and training services

We provide one-to-one coaching for neurodivergent entrepreneurs and freelancers, workplace neurodiversity training for leaders and managers, and related support services delivered primarily online across the UK.

Booking and payment terms

Bookings are confirmed once agreed in writing and, where applicable, payment has been received. Accepted payment methods are Stripe and PayPal unless we agree an alternative in advance. Ongoing packages must be paid according to the schedule set out at the point of booking.

Cancellation policy

Individual sessions require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or rearrange. Group events and training sessions require at least 48 hours notice. If less notice is given, the full session fee may still be charged.

Refund policy

Refunds are not available within 24 hours of an individual session. For training and group bookings, any refund arrangement will depend on the notice given, work already completed, and costs already committed.

Intellectual property

All coaching materials, frameworks, templates, training slides, downloads, and resources remain the intellectual property of Inclusive Business Growth Ltd unless we state otherwise in writing. They are provided for your own use and may not be copied, shared, sold, or republished without permission.

Limitation of liability

We aim to provide practical, high-quality support, but we cannot guarantee specific business, financial, employment, or health outcomes. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
